Finding Teammate For Game Development

Actually, i always ask myself a question: what i need if i am in the games industry?
(As you know, i am a student of software engineering and games design, so i will get into the games industry in the future! But exactly what i need? )

I have thought many times... at the end i found the answer:

that is i need the teammates

Why i said that? It is because no matter how well you do, you must need other support.

Teammates will support you.
A person will do a little things in this big world but a team will do many more things.

Teammates are really important to a games designer.

However, how and where to find the teammates?

In my opinion, the easiest way is seek our friends.

Friends, are the persons who always meet us. We are easier to approach them. 

Futhermore, We also can quickly understand them and easier to work together as colleagues.
Thus, If you want to find teammates, first is start from your friends.
You can find your coursemate to become your teammate too. He/She should willing to join you.

Conference, is a meeting for exchanging information and discussing some topics. Many professionals will gather there to discuss or exchange their ideas. Thus, if you want to find your teammates, you also can go to the games development conference.

At the games development conference, you will meet many games developers (whether they are professionals or hobbyist).

So that, you can try to approach them and make friend with them. After they become your friends, you will be easier to consult them. For an example, if you need their help, they will probably help you. Futhermore, you also can persuade them to become your teammates!

Forum, is an area to meet others for open discussion.

You can meet more people (programmers, games designers, animators and more) in the forum(game design forum, gamer forum, IT forum, animation forum, and more). You also can have a discussion with them like C++ programming, 3D modeling, games designing and other available topics.

Futhermore, you also can seek your teammates in the forum too!

You can post a message to the forum and tell others that you need teammates. Then, someone interested will contact you and now you can meet your teammates easily.
