Finding Teammate
Teammates are really important to a games designer.
However, how and where to find the teammates?
In my opinion, the easiest way is seek our friends.
(Certainly they should also be working in the IT sector lah... ^^)
Friends, are the persons who always meet us. We are easier to approach them. Futhermore, We also can quickly understand them and easier to work together as colleagues.
Thus, If you want to find teammates, first is start from your friends.
P.S: If you are a university student, actually you can find your coursemate to become your teammate too. He/She should willing to join you.
